Today is baking day. Hantu baking datang visiting & I baked cheesetarts & mini cheesecakes.
I made the tart shells some time last week but didn't manage to find time to make the filling. I finally make time today to do the "unfinished business". Boleh la pulak the cream cheese batter tu I buat terlebih. Time for creativity ler.
Bukak kitchen cabinet, nampak papercups. Crush some digestive, tempek kat papercup bottom & fill up the rest with cream cheese. Walllaaaaa! Dapat mini cheesecake 12 ketul...
